"I strongly advise against staying with this company. I had a terrible experience where I was locked out and unable to access my accommodations."
I would strongly advise against choosing this company for your stay. Our experience with them was extremely disappointing. On one occasion, we stepped out onto the patio without taking the key with us, only to find that the door had automatically locked behind us. When we reached out to Blueground's support for assistance, they informed us that we would be charged for a locksmith to be sent. It is truly baffling that a rental agency does not have spare keys for their properties. This feels like nothing more than a deceitful scheme on their part. We had previously used their services three times and had intended to continue using them for all our future business trips to Athens. However, as a result of this incident, they have not only lost our company's trust but also the potential business of our friends and colleagues for future rentals.

I would strongly advise against choosing this company for your stay. Our experience with them was extremely disappointing. "The location of this flat is absolutely fantastic! It is in a prime spot and offers easy access to all the amenities and attractions in the area. The flat itself is also wonderful. It is well-maintained, clean, and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a great location and a lovely place to stay."
The location and flat are absolutely fabulous. It's a case of getting what you pay for. The customer service is incredibly responsive.

"This has been the most terrible rental experience I have ever had in my life."
This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. I highly recommend using platforms like Air B&B or VRBO instead. The apartment on 237 Hanover St in Boston, MA was completely unsanitary and rundown, not at all like what was advertised in their photos. The paint was peeling, the countertops were delaminated and missing pieces, and the air vents were covered in black mold. There were layers of grime on surfaces that were not frequently used. Additionally, we were unable to use the outside deck for the first week of our stay due to dangerous conditions in the building exterior.

To make matters worse, the service "specialists" from Blueground were incredibly uncoordinated. We waited for them on multiple days, but they never showed up. Their lack of organization and communication was frustrating and unacceptable.

In the end, we decided to cut our 4-week stay short by 1.5 weeks because the Blueground team proved to be completely inept in resolving these issues.

"I wouldn't even give this company 1 star - THEY STEAL MONEY."
I wouldn't even give this place a single star. My experience was extremely disappointing and terrible.

I had made a reservation for a three-month stay at a Blueground property, but right after booking, I had an unexpected injury that required me to wear a foot brace. I immediately reached out to Blueground to cancel my reservation, just hours after making it. However, they flat out refused to refund my hard-earned money, claiming that their policy doesn't allow refunds within the first month.

Despite providing them with photos of my injury and even a doctor's certificate, Blueground still refused to give me a refund. I even offered to change the dates of my booking to a time when I would have recovered from my injury, but they were unwilling to compromise.

It's clear to me that this company lacks ethics, morals, and values. They would rather take people's money without providing anything in return.

I can't comprehend how the people working for this company can sleep at night or believe that this is an acceptable way to conduct business. Companies like this won't survive for long.

I strongly advise against booking with this company. They will simply take your money and run.

This place is a contemporary and tidy space situated in a peaceful neighborhood in the Asian side of Istanbul. The complex offers round-the-clock security and underground parking on the premises. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool and gym area were absolutely fantastic, adding to the enjoyment and comfort of our stay.

This place is a contemporary and tidy space situated in a peaceful neighborhood in the Asian side of Istanbul. The complex offers round-the-clock security and underground parking on the premises. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool and gym area were absolutely fantastic, adding to the enjoyment and comfort of our stay.

We had an incredible experience staying at Blueground apartments in Dubai in 2022/2023. Initially, I was concerned after reading negative reviews about the security deposit not being refunded. However, the apartment was so lovely that I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad I did. Not only were we refunded as promised without any issues, but Blueground also provided us with extensive assistance throughout our 6-month stay. Any problems that arose were promptly resolved, mostly due to issues with the building itself. Additionally, they even helped us relocate to another apartment free of charge due to loud construction nearby. I cannot praise this company enough for their exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning to stay with them!

P.S. Don't be surprised by the exit cleaning fee. It is present, and it may not be explicitly stated that it will be deducted from the security deposit. However, if you carefully read the contract, all the details are there. This is a small price to pay for the incredible quality of the apartments you get to enjoy.

"The experience was incredibly smooth."
The support was excellent. The app itself is fantastic and provides a seamless experience when entering and exiting. However, considering the steep price, we expected to have a regular cleaning service included at the very least.
