Not sure how it is for every situation, but my move-out with Blueground was easy. The instructions were clear, returning the keys was simple, and support got back to me fast when I had a question. I also got my deposit update without any drama. I’d use Blueground again.

The apartment itself was totally fine, and moving in was smooth overall. As someone who likes to know exactly what I’m getting into before making a big commitment, the contract terms felt a little strict to me, especially when it came to changes and extra fees. I’d definitely recommend reading everything carefully before signing so you’re not caught off guard later

My stay itself was okay, but getting my refund was a hassle. I had to follow up with support a few times, and the replies I got were vague. I was expecting clearer instructions on what was happening and when I’d actually get my money back. It did come through eventually, but it took a lot longer than they originally said. Overall, not the smoothest experience.

The locks were solid and the building felt safe overall. I’d definitely recommend it if security is something you care about.

The gym was really small, and the pool seemed to be closed every time I tried to use it. Not sure how to explain it, but it just made the place feel a bit disappointing overall.

The bathroom was clean enough overall, I’d say. The only thing I noticed was that the shower drain seemed to be kind of slow, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

I stayed with Blueground for a few months i’m glad I trusted my gut on it. It wasn’t the cheapest place I could’ve found, but having the furniture, bills, and kitchen basics already taken care of made life so much easier. Overall, it felt worth the price, and I’d use them again if the cost stays reasonable.

I stayed with Blueground and the housekeeping was great. The cleaner showed up on time, which I always appreciate, and was really polite too. Also, the apartment looked super clean afterward, but not in that annoying way where all your stuff gets moved around and you can’t find anything. Fresh towels were there, bedding was done nicely, and yeah, it just made the whole stay feel easier. No complaints from me at all. I’d definitely be happy to use them again

I stayed with Blueground for a few months and, i was a little concerned about the security deposit because I had seen some mixed comments online. In my experience, though, everything was handled fairly. After I moved out, they inspected the apartment and returned my deposit, with just a small cleaning fee deducted, which I had expected. It took about two weeks to receive it, so not exactly speedy, but also not a major problem. Overall, I’d say the process was reasonable and straightforward.

I slept really well every night here. The bed felt super soft and everything seemed clean and fresh. It might be a touch too soft if you prefer a firmer mattress, but for me it was really comfortable
